To be eligible, outboards must have been manufactured since April, 2005 and sold by an authorized participating Yamaha Outboard dealer in the U.S.A. to a purchasing consumer who resides in the U.S.A. only. Consumer benefit offered for the purchase of an eligible outboard is a 36-month Yamaha Extended Service contract (Choice offered in Florida is a 36-month Yamaha Limited Warranty), at no extra cost to purchasing consumer. This Promotion is limited to eligible stock in dealer inventory that is sold, delivered and warranty registered during applicable dates in accordance with Promotion and warranty registration requirements. Sales must be completed between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010. No model substitutions, benefit substitutions, rain checks or extensions will be allowed. Not redeemable for cash. Outboards sold or provided for commercial, camp, rental, promotional / demo, competition, tournament sponsorship or government agency use are not eligible.
